Upgrade your ride’s comfort and control — quality Japanese suspension for Australian roads.

“I can already feel a noticeable difference. The small vibrations from the road surface are much less pronounced now, and the feedback over speed bumps feels tighter and more controlled. It’s definitely an improvement compared to before”
EnduraPro and EnduraPro PLUS are high-performance shock
absorbers engineered to match the original equipment (OE)
shape.
They are designed for direct use with
the vehicle’s factory springs and upper mounts, featuring
a lower spring seat identical to the OE damper.
Ideal as a direct replacement for worn or leaking
shocks, they also offer improved ride comfort and handling
— all without altering the vehicle's ride height.
Compatible with both standard and lowered springs.
EnduraPro and EnduraPro PLUS feature a sealed structure developed through an advanced manufacturing process that balances high quality with reduced production cost. This design crimps the narrowed top end of the shell pipe after injecting oil and gas, completely sealing the unit. The streamlined process significantly shortens production time and cuts manufacturing costs—without compromising performance.
For strut-type suspensions, the mounting brackets have been reinforced with increased thickness, improving durability and strength over standard OE shocks. This added rigidity not only enhances the connection to the steering knuckle but also improves steering feedback and ride stability. (Note: Bracket thickness varies by vehicle model.)
The shell case is constructed from high-tensile steel—approximately 150% stronger than OE equivalents—ensuring long-term durability. Despite the strength upgrade, overall weight is controlled by maintaining standard wall thickness. A larger diameter also increases oil capacity, contributing to improved heat dissipation, extended service life, and more consistent damping performance over time.
Specially formulated damper oil maintains stable viscosity across a wide temperature range, ensuring smooth stroke movement and reliable damping under all conditions. Its superior anti-foaming characteristics prevent cavitation, while its resistance to overheating and degradation means quiet, consistent operation—even on rough roads—over extended use.
The iconic TEIN green powder-coated finish provides exceptional surface durability and rust protection. Applied using TEIN’s patented 2-layer, 1-bake process (Japanese patent no. 4347712), this coating system includes a corrosion-resistant underlayer and contains no harmful organic solvents. Highly resistant to corrosion, EnduraPro and EnduraPro PLUS are built to endure even in coastal regions or areas with heavy snowfall.
In standard shock absorbers, a full stroke compresses the bump rubber, releasing a strong repulsive force that can unsettle the vehicle's stability. Repeated full-stroke impacts may also lead to premature damper wear or failure.
EnduraPro and EnduraPro PLUS are equipped with an internal Hydraulic Bump Stopper (H.B.S.) mechanism that absorbs the impact by converting it into thermal energy. This minimizes unwanted jolts, reduces stress on the damper, and greatly enhances ride comfort—especially under maximum passenger or cargo load. It also improves long-term durability.
Without H.B.S.: The vehicle jolts and bounces after a bump, taking time to regain stability.
With H.B.S.: The shock is absorbed smoothly, minimizing bounce and allowing the vehicle to stabilize quickly.
In normal conditions, the base valve allows oil to flow freely, and damping is controlled by the resistance from the shim stack. However, near full compression, the piston rod reaches a specific point that triggers the H.B.S. valve. This narrows the base valve ports, restricting oil flow and generating a high damping force to absorb the impact.
To prevent excessive pressure buildup, a relief valve is integrated to soften any abrupt spikes in damping force.
Each H.B.S. setup is specifically tuned per vehicle model, with an optimized activation point and damping characteristics to ensure the best possible ride quality and performance.
Compared to mono-tube dampers, the twin-tube design delivers longer stroke travel with lower repulsive force—resulting in greater ride comfort. This is especially important on roads with inconsistent surfaces, where shock absorbers must respond flexibly and smoothly.
Thanks to its longer and more forgiving stroke, the twin-tube system absorbs bumps and gaps more effectively. The result is a smoother ride at low speeds and enhanced stability during high-speed driving, making it ideal for both urban streets and uneven terrain.
EnduraPro PLUS features 16 levels of damping force adjustment, allowing simultaneous control of both compression and rebound. With a simple turn of the adjustment dial, you can fine-tune ride comfort and handling to suit your driving style, road conditions, or load.
Whether you want a softer, more comfortable ride or a firmer, sportier feel, EnduraPro PLUS gives you the flexibility to adapt.
